Hi, gourd to meet ya! I’m Allison.

I’m a Brooklyn-based (southern 🍊 California 🍊 born & raised) entrepreneurial generalist.

A few things about me:

In addition to most recently building out HR functions for startups like B Lab U.S. & Canada and Blip, I’ve done work in local government / economic development and have even run my own business along the way.

I’ve volunteered as an organizer, partner, and board member for non profits and communities like Provo Girls Summit, 1 Million Cups, Girl Develop It, Utah Valley Chamber of Commerce Women’s Business Network, Utah Women’s Leadership Project, and Neighborhood Art Center.

I earned a BA in Comparative Literature with a Minor in Psychology and a Master of Public Administration from BYU.

I speak enough Cantonese and Mandarin to order dumplings at a restaurant and read enough to sing karaoke.
